Order & Pay
Fill out the Buying Assistance form and submit it. The Californila Sales Team will provide the total initial amount—settle the payment and wait for your item to arrive at the U.S. warehouse. You’ll receive an email notification once it arrives.

PAY FOR SHIPPING
Once your item reaches the U.S. warehouse, you’ll receive a notification with the total shipping cost via email and your dashboard. Settle the payment to prepare your package for shipment to the Philippines.

TRACK & RECEIVE
After your package is shipped, you’ll get an email with your tracking number. Track it through your dashboard. Once it arrives at the PH warehouse, you’ll receive a final notification—your order will soon be delivered to your doorstep!
Tutorial for Declared Shipment
For customers who make their own purchases on a U.S. website using their own credit card

SHOP & SHIP
Purchase from any U.S. online store and ship your order directly to our U.S. warehouse. You can find the warehouse address on your dashboard.

DECLARE & CONFIRM
Go to "Declare Shipment", complete the form, and submit it as a reference for our logistics team. Once your item arrives, you will receive a total initial amount to settle before processing.

PAY & TRACK
After settling the shipping cost, your package will be shipped to the Philippines. Track your order via your dashboard, and once it arrives at our PH warehouse, expect delivery to your doorstep soon!
Tutorial for Balikbayan Box
For customers who want to combine multiple items into a Balikbayan box

Shop from any U.S. online store and ship your order directly to our U.S. warehouse. Find the warehouse address on your dashboard, select your preferred box, and declare your total purchase amount.

CONFIRM & PAY
Once your package arrives at the U.S. warehouse, you’ll receive an email notification. The Californila Sales Team will provide the total initial amount—settle the payment to proceed.

SHIP & TRACK
After paying the shipping cost, your package will be shipped to the Philippines. Track your order through your dashboard. Once it reaches our PH warehouse, you’ll receive a final notification—your package will be delivered to your doorstep soon!
